He's got another one in the queue. Anthem For Peace is set for release in May, preceded today by lead single "Angels."Braufman, a saxophone and flute player, brought back vibraphonist Patricia Brennan and drummer Chad Taylor from the last album's ensemble. Bassist Luke Stewart, of Irreversible Entanglements and a million other projects, is also on board here. On "Angels," a lovely sax melody like a carefree walk on a sunny day quickly spirals into post-bop chaos. Brennan's vibe work is especially mind-bending here.
