Rounding out the top five, comedy-drama “Night King” earned $4.8 million for a total of $19.7 million. The story follows a stubborn manager and his cutthroat ex-wife who must join forces to save the business from a hostile corporate takeover. Mainland China’s overall weekend grosses reached $107.9 million, while the 2026 year-to-date revenue stands at $1.41 billion, down 55.9% from the same period in 2025, according to Artisan Gateway.
