On the TV side, CAS Award winners included wins for the sound teams behind “The Pitt,” “The Studio” and “Adolescence.” Guillermo del Toro was presented with the filmmaker honoree, and re-recording mixer Skip Lievsay was given the career achievement honor. Lievsay’s career spans over four decades, and his credits include “Gravity,” “No Country for Old Men,” “True Grit,” “Inside Llewyn Davis” and “Roma.” He has collaborated with the Coen brothers, Alfonso Cuarón, Martin Scorsese and Spike Lee.
