Advertisement The safe code answer for the Sterilization Lab in Resident Evil Requiem is: 10 right, 90 left, 20 right. This code can be found on a document in the Bioweapon Repository nearby in ARK.
Inside the safe you can find a Molotov Cocktail, handgun ammo, and a med injector. All of these will be very handy for your playthrough and final steps as Grace as you reach the end of the game.
