Robyn Reveals New Song "Blow My Mind": Stream
Robyn has revealed a new song, “Blow My Mind,” the latest single off her upcoming album Sexistential. The song is a rework of her own “Blow My Mind,” a standout track from Robyn’s 2002 album Don’t Stop the Music. While the original is an ode to the physical joys of a relationship, Robyn has adjusted the lyrics, sped up the tempo, and rewritten the track to be a tribute to her three-year-old son. Now, the song’s bassline ping-pongs back and forth, and Robyn’s promise that she’d “do anything for you” is reframed as an act of parental devotion. Listen to the new track below. Listening back to the original I thought, ‘I think it’s one of the best songs I ever recorded, and I’m just gonna do it again.’ I rewrote the lyrics and I love this version’s rawness. It’s not cute, because it’s not cute with children. They’re cute, but the experience isn’t. It’s very punk.” Related Video Sexistential, Robyn’s ninth album, arrives on March 27th. She previously offered singles “Dopamine,” “Talk to Me,” and “Sexistential” as the first previews of the new project. She’ll support Sexistential with a 2026 headlining tour, including six North American shows going down in September. Robyn will also be opening for Harry Styles for the Amsterdam dates of his “Together, Together” residency. See her full list of tour dates below and get tickets to see Robyn here.
