Jackson. A spinoff of Taylor Sheridan’s “Tulsa King” franchise, the new series starts production later this month in Ft. Worth, Texas. “Frisco King” stars Jackson as Russell Lee Washington Jr., who was first introduced in the third season of  “Tulsa King” last fall. Germann’s other credits include Paramount’s “Scream 7,” “Gargoyle 2,” “Dahmer — Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story,” a lead role in the indie feature “Callback.” He’s currently in production on the feature “New England Toys,” with Willa Fitzgerald, Ruby Cruz, Jennifer Jason Leigh and Paul Sparks. Popular on Variety Paramount+ announced last week that Sheridan will now write all episodes of “Frisco King,” which was previously developed as “NOLA King.” Paramount Television Studios and 101 Studios produce “Frisco King,” which is executive produced by Taylor Sheridan, “Tulsa King” star/EP Sylvester Stallone and Jackson. David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Christina Alexandra Voros, Michael Friedman, LaTanya Richardson Jackson and Keith Cox are also executive producers.  “We are honored to have Taylor Sheridan write the first season of ‘Frisco King’ and bring to life Samuel L.
