After making nearly $100 million worldwide in its first weekend, Scream 7 has now officially propelled the Scream franchise past the $1 billion mark at the worldwide box office! Over the course of the past 30 years, the Scream movies have scared up $1,009,618,099 in theaters, with Wes Craven’s original still remaining the highest grossing single installment with $173 million worldwide. Scream VI came close to breaking the record with $166.5 million back in 2023, and Scream 7 is very likely to smash through that record in the coming weeks.
