The Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, which began on Feb. 11, 2025, and continues throughout this year, set a Guinness World Record as the highest grossing tour of all time by a Hispanic artist. The historic tour grossed $421.6 million and sold 3.3 million tickets across 86 shows, according to figures reported to Billboard Boxscore. Sunday’s announcement also follows Shakira’s historic free show at Mexico City’s Zócalo, where she broke records by gathering an estimated 400,000 people, as well as her recent nomination to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. The full interview with journalist Henar Álvarez will air on RTVE’s La 1, though the network has yet to confirm the date.
