The first episode of “The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins” has reached nearly 13 million viewers to date.
The pilot of the new Tracy Morgan-led sitcom debuted on NBC on Jan. 18 and initially brought in a strong 5.8 million viewers, achieving the most-watched comedy telecast of the 2025-2026 broadcast season. The premiere benefitted from NFL lead-in, airing directly after NBC’s coverage of the playoff game between the Los Angeles Rams and the Chicago Bears. But interest in the show has clearly extended beyond that: The new total, which accounts for delayed viewing on Peacock and other digital platforms in the 50 days since the premiere, represents an increase of more than 100% compared to the original audience.
The growth hasn’t stopped there. Episode 2 of “The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins,” titled “Nittany Means Big,” is Peacock’s most-watched comedy episode of the 2025-2026 season to date, though an exact viewership total is not known.
