Westman’s Ivy Fry, Jaedyn Hoemsen, Lucy Waldner, Charlie Shearer, and Ava Snyder all tallied singles for the Wildcats, who led 3-0 after the first period and 4-0 after 40. Eastman’s only goal came from Émilie Carrière, who collected her fifth goal of the post-season. Wildcats netminder Indigo Stone turned aside 26 shots in the win, while Isabelle Labossiere got pulled from the crease less than 12 minutes into the opening frame after allowing two goals on as many shots. Addison Tomes made 16 saves in relief. It was just the third loss in regulation the Selects have suffered in regular season and playoff action this winter.
